In the rare case that an item is found to be defective upon delivery, Kofah will facilitate communication between the buyer and the seller to agree upon an appropriate resolution. Defective items are defined as those that are:

- Containing manufacturing flaws
Please note that Kofah is not responsible for the condition of the products sold on the platform, as we act solely as an intermediary between the buyer and seller.
3. Process for Defective Item Claims
If you receive a defective item, the following process will be followed:
- Contact Us: Reach out to Kofah within 48 hours of receiving the item at hello@kofah.com, providing:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the defect
- Clear photos or videos of the defective item
- Seller Communication: Kofah will contact the seller on your behalf to discuss the defect and arrange a resolution.
- Resolution Agreement: The resolution, which could include repair, replacement, or partial compensation, will be mutually agreed upon between the buyer and seller. Please note that Kofah does not dictate or enforce specific resolutions but assists in facilitating a fair outcome.
4. Timeframe for Defective Claims
- Defective item claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Claims made after this timeframe will not be eligible for review.
5. Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under our defective item policy:
- Change of mind or preference after purchase
- Incorrect sizing or color discrepancies (unless the item does not match the description provided by the seller)
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or damage caused by the buyer
6. Third-Party Sellers
